19-inch Maple Dowel Rolling Pin

I purchased this straight dowel-style rolling pin at Sur la table after the chef instructing my baking class convinced me this is the best rolling pin you can buy- and after using it for a couple years I would agree. It gives you good, even control of thickness while rolling out dough. I love using it for everything dough related, especially rolling out cookie dough and pie crust.
